How To Ensure That You Are At The – “Top Of Your Game”

I teach a method of inspiration when working with entrepreneurs and “C-suite” executives. It’s about creativity and how to achieve it throughout your day. In my line of work, I’m most interested in how it improves your thinking patterns and their impact on your company. I don’t have a client who isn’t happier as a result of committing to achieving creativity each day. As a result, they accomplish more and bring a better “state of mind” to the table.

“I don’t have time for creativity!” so says the overwhelmed Owner/Operator/CEO. No entrepreneur can afford to ignore creative thinking. Our bodies are very much like a machine — one action depends on another. Create procedures for routine activities; during such things, your mind will work on complex problems while your hands continue to work.

What makes up a procedure? A procedure is a set of organized tasks that, when achieved, yield a complete chore. As you complete your chores, not only will your space and mind be clear, but you’ll also start to see challenges organizing themselves more effectively.

For example, Consistent sleep, food, and exercise result in an alert mind. Then add more: clean the car, tidy up the office, correct the books, get caught up on quarterly information, and understand your month-to-date cash flow. You will immediately notice added contentment to your “state of mind”. You are now free to contemplate issues at work and other unresolved problems. Suddenly, completing your activities becomes a catalyst for finding actual solutions to complex situations, and time seems to compress just for you. You are now accomplishing more and more in less time.

I’ve said this to every client I’ve worked with, “If you want to make more money, then make your bed in the morning. Overwhelm yourself by creating procedures around your activities, do them exceedingly correctly, and overachieve at your process, allowing your mind to think while your hands are at work. I will look forward to hearing the peculiar thinking that brings your breakthrough ideas for growth.”

Here are a few examples of committing to your activities.

Examples in your personal life:

  1. Take vehicles to be washed weekly on the same day.
  2. Restore a car or motorcycle a little each week at the same time.
  3. Exercise three times a week at the same time and place.
  4. Clean your living quarters a little every day and make it spotless in the morning.
  5. Clean your clothes at the same time to ensure you always have what you need ready.
  6. Take a shower at the same time every day.
  7. Feed animals each day at the same time.
  8. Drive the same route to work at the same time every day.
  9. Consume your morning beverage and breakfast at the same time every day.
  10. Straighten your office when you arrive.

Examples for OverAchievers:

Paint pictures, draw, create a musical piece, write poetry, invent stories, to just name a few.

Examples for your business life:

Tend to phone lists: existing customers, lost accounts and new leads. Create a weekly program and make contact!

Conduct company meetings with each individual to discuss procedures in sales and their calls.

Define regular production and staff meetings to address challenges in delivery
Eat lunch same time everyday with a similar diet that is balanced for good energy!

Take A Walk Break, Even If It’s Short …

Each week, a walk to one of three locations, the Wednesday County Museum, the Next Wednesday Car Museum, and so on, to include new things you have wanted to do.

Create a specific time in the afternoon to clear your desk and reorganize for the evening and the next morning.

Prepare and implement collection calls and customer alerts for payment or production issues daily.

Just do it. Stop procrastinating. Your best thinking has you irritated and broke, chasing money every day. If it seems too simple, good! It’s time you do something you can do! Apparently, if you’re reading this, you have time to be insolvent, scared, and filled with anxiety. Obviously, it’s a little difficult to do all of this without correct coaching and assistance, so make contact and learn the balance of good business.

“Top of The Game” is Inconvenient and Uncomfortable
However, it’s way more fun.
